Getting started

Everything explained, nothing assumed

National Financial Inclusion Programme was built for people who have never opened a trading account before. Your dashboard shows balance, portfolio and performance in plain language, with your analyst on hand to explain any term you don't recognise.

What we're here to do

Most people who want to invest never start, because every route in looks built for someone who already knows the vocabulary. We built the opposite: one account, plain language, and an analyst you can actually reach, no experience needed.

No jargon where a plain sentence will do, no fee that only appears once your money has already moved, and no promise of a return nobody can honestly guarantee.

  • No prior market knowledge required to begin
  • Plain-English explanations of every term and figure
  • A risk profile set with you, not assumed for you
  • Verification and account security handled automatically

How National Financial Inclusion Programme came together

Where it began

A handful of analysts and engineers kept hearing the same thing: the tools were out there, but nobody explained them simply.

The first version

The earliest build did one job - show a balance and a holding in plain English. Everything else waited until that part was clear.

Bringing in people

Software can answer what and when; a person answers why. Support specialists joined so every new investor had someone to ask.

Growing into new markets

Local payment methods, plain-English support and hours that actually suit UK investors.

Where things stand today

The same principles, just at a larger scale: clear figures, people you can reach, and no surprises buried in small print.

The people behind the account

Behind the platform sit analysts who read markets for a living, engineers who keep it running, and support specialists who answer in plain English.

  • Market analysts reviewing conditions daily, not once a quarter.
  • Engineers monitoring the platform around the clock.
  • Support specialists handling onboarding, verification and withdrawals.

Rules, risk and what we don't claim

Investing carries risk and no platform removes it. What we can do is be straight with you: publish our terms in full, keep client funds with regulated partners, and make clear how withdrawals actually work.

  • Identity verification is required before an account can move money.
  • Withdrawals return to the same method the deposit came from.
  • Terms, risk disclosure and privacy policy are published in full.

Is my money safe? Protection built in from the start

Client funds sit in segregated funds with regulated payment partners, access requires two-factor authentication, and every withdrawal follows a documented route back to the account it came from.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you invest. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
